I just had to make a cover because this is one of my faves from Sara Bareilles. No second voices. Just added a bit of reverb and that’s it. Hope you guys like this one, too. :D

Because I love Katy Perry so much. This song is one of my faves on her album and I regret not being able to cover this before it got out and became mainstream. I got a few requests on Facebook but I’ve been waiting someone to request this song and none of them did. Good thing somebody requested it here on Tumblr, the only person to respond to the post. Boohoo, Tumblr followers! Kidding, I love you all! I hope you enjoy this one as much as I enjoyed recording it. :)

This is my first cover using my new condenser mic. It sounds a lot better than my first few covers. Goodbye to my laptop’s built in mic. Haha.

Also, this song is requested by a friend of mine. I don’t know the story behind it yet though. When I found out that they wanted me to cover this song I just went right ahead without asking why they chose the song.
